Dear Sir/Madam,
I'm Amit Kumar Prajapati, My TVS RADEON bike *** cc is not working well. I went to the bike agency Uttam TVS for repair, and regularly services on time to time but could not get good results. After Some days observed it started to show problem in gearbox and a sound is generate when press the clutch. But the service center they not took this problem seriously. Now the problem increase day by day. So please suggest now I don’t know what to do my bike is not even capable of the proper run. I have many same problems facing for previous services.
complaints of services details are mention below:
*. Poor Pick-up & Missing problems
*. Clutch Plate not working Properly to escalated of bike speed
*. Kick not pressure or working to start bike
*. Poor Mileage
*. Proper self start not working (New Amaron Battery changed on dated **-**-**** but not better results by Uttam Automobile.)
*. Silencer of bike is making more noise/sound
*. Engine is heating too much
*. Fuel meter not properly fuel indicating
*. Some feeling like Wheel balancing & tyre bubbling
**. Now till date service centre not cleaned chain set of bike. Before free services or after AMC paid services
**. Front & Rear brake make a more noise after apply the brake
So I requested to you above mention problem every service but the same problems facing are after few days within services.
So kindly requested to you resolve problems as soon as possible.
