cc avenue payment gateway - HARASSMENT

i m existing merchant of ccavenue(inf_******) last * month.plz transfer
my all payment(*****/=)
as soon as possible.
i had complaint for the same so many times by calling on customer care
but they did not give me satisfactory reply.

Afterwards when i contact my RM(SHRUTY MAM) AND risk team (Mr IZHAR
SHAIKH) to do in this matter and if you people are unable to solve such
problems then i kindly request you to please SHUTDOWN YOUR IT AND
VERIFICATION DEPARTMENT and TERMINATE ALL SUCH EMPLOYEES .who create
such NUISANCE TO CUSTOMER.

In my opiniin INFIBEAM AVENUES LIMITED(CC AVENUE GATWAY) was great in
customer dealing but after so much HARASSMENT by the employees now i
think they very careless and unprofessional.

Please look into this matter else return all my DOCUMENTS AND
PAYMENT(*****/=) RS

I request you to take proper action in this regard waiting for your
urgent reply.
