Veterinary Polyclinic Berhampore - Harassment

I am Debajyoti Biswas take care of local cats & dogs. I called the staff of Veterinary Polyclinic Berhampore named Mr. Bilas over the phone for ligation of some cats and dogs. He told me to come in a hurry and give the details of the Cats and Dogs for the operation procedure. He kept me waiting for * hours. When I asked after * hour please tell me about the ligation he criticized me and replied, "Will you caught a train?" After * hours again when I asked, I came to know when ligation camp will be going on then only it can be obtained. Maximum persons have so many complain if you enquire them not in front of the staff!
