I have booked a room at "Midway Inn" at Jaydev Bihar, Bhubaneswar and the booking number is -QGBK**** ,and the room booked for "MRUTUYNJAY RATHA" .The hotel manager is not allowing to check in and when I contact to OYO , the customer service is not solved my problem and they told me to connect with the OYO Senior Manager but they connect with another customer who is facing the same problem that I am facing now, So I want a solution for this as soon as possible because I am waiting for almost * hours infront of the hotel.
