Bajaj Finance Limited - Harassing me by forcing me to take a personal loan through frequent phone calls

I would like to bring to your kind attention that I have taken a personal loan from Bajaj Finance Limited and I have pre-closed the loan on **.**.**** (pls find attached the no dues certificate issued by Bajaj Finance Limited).

After closing of my loan I am getting calls frequently including night time offering me a pre-approved loan for *.** lakhs and forcing me to take the loan. However I have denied that at present I don't need the loan and when I need will take the loan.

But my request is not accepted by Bajaj Finance Limited even after providing my complaint with Bajaj Finance Limited with service request no.SR******** dated **.**.**** stating that within * days my grievances will be settled, after a day I received a call from Bajaj Finance Limited stating that my mobile number will be removed from their call list.

But so far my mobile number is not removed from their call list and also today I got a call offering me a loan from bajaj finance limited exactly at *:** Pm (also will provide the audio recording based on the request).

Herewith furnishing below the mobiles numbers are frequently harrasing me daily from bajaj finance limited. I request you disconnect their landline as well as mobile number which is harassing me. Also I have clearly informed that my mobile number is under fully stopped DO NOT DISTRUB category to bajaj finance limited.

Since closed my personal loan my mobile number is registered with them hence they are harassing me so far till date I am not getting any other promotional, business and other unwanted call except bajaj finance limited.
