Hathway Broadband Delhi - Harassed by Hathway and didn t get refund

I need Wi-Fi connection so I called Hathway and a executive named Ambuj tell me the plans. After that he told to meet him and he will give me a offer. He came and give me the plan of **** in ****. And told me that he is helpless because of his job in Hathway that’s why he gave me that offer. I pay and do all formalities and he send * people that installed my Wi-Fi router after that I asked him to pay my balance, he assured me that he will pay my complete balance tomorrow but he didn’t. I called him every week but he denied and told me that he will pay tomorrow. But today he abuse me and totally denied to pay a penny and told me that “Mai ek bhi rupay ni dunga , tujhse jo hoga wo kr le bahnch** ”. He harassed me and I’m mentally very disturbed from his statement.
