by Post Master of Dr Shivram Karanth Nagar Post Office Bangalore - Harasement

I submitted original Savings A/c Pass book Account No. ********** with concern Forms for Revival of account from dormant condition in the month of October for which I was not given the acknowledgement. When I visited again few months later, they misplaced my application also refused to find it instead asked me to submit again for revival also for duplicate pass book and the same submitted on ** Feb **** .
Duplicate PB issued and Revived the Dormant a/c on * March ****. Once received the duplicate PB, I applied for Transfering my ac to Kothannur PO which is having very efficient staff also it is just * kms away from our home. Moreover my parents also having their accounts here.
I applied on ** March **** and received acknowledgement on * April **** ( copy enclosed). This application forwarded by this BO to Shivaram Karanth Nagar Post Office which is situated * kms away from my Residence. I visited thrice on different dates but no response, when I contacted Shri. Karthik, Post Master. He was declining to shift my account and insisting to hold my account in that inefficient Doddagubbi PO. Earlier my mon also had innumerable visits to transfer her ac to Kothannur PO which is hardly * kms away from our Residence.
From the day of my transfer application the PM harrase me to visit often but its not possible for me to visit again and again. So started call him thro their landline every day but often no response.
Later, due to frustruation, given online complaint to Post Master General, Karnataka on ** June **** and a reminder on ** July ****. Till now, no help from the entire Organisation. (copy enclosed)
Recently decided to close the Account, as the BO requested I have submitted with required documents and the same received by them and Acknowledgement also issued ( copy enclosed).
When BO forwarded this application, to Shivaram Karanth Nagar PO, Post Master again insisted me through branch office to submit all forms for revival of this account.
This action shows me that, Post Master is harassing me to not shift my account from his Post Office. I also informing you that, I was waiting for transfer of my account since March **** , that’s why I am not credited any amount in Doddagubbi PO. When I asked PO, they admitted that, an account will be dormant only after ** months of Revival date ie still * months are left for actual dormant.
In view of the above true information, I request you to take up with PO Authorities to transfer or close my account whichever is earlier. I also request for suitable instruction should be given to Post Master of Dr. Shivraman Karanth Nagar for not to harase account holders. I also ask for compensation of Rs. ****/- so far I spend for my taxy charges for many visits.
