AirAsia Refunded full ticket price as they cancelled my Ahmedabad to Bangalore ticket PNR Number C*ZNRG on **-**-****. HAPPYGOEASY is not refunding this amount to me. I cannot apply for cancellation on their website as I am unable to get OTP on my registered phone number. Their helpline numbers are both out-of-order. They don't respond to emails sent to cs@happygoeasy.com. Their intention is to tire me out so that I give up. Please help.
