I had booked flight ticket from HappyEasyGo before Covid and during Covid flight got cancelled. I raised request of refund. First they said they could not transfer to the original mode of payment provide any other bank details. I provided them details but now neither customer care number is connecting nor any response is received from HappyEasyGo.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
