Swapna filed complaint against Happyeasygo India Private Limited on Mar 11, 2020
Happygoeasy is not refunding amount on cancellation of trip booking #******************. First they send mail refund is in progress and will be gredited in ** to ** days and don't mention amount. On requesting for amount they send mail saying it is non refundable. As per call with indigo on cancellation we should get **** refund per ticket. This call was recorded by indigo and should act as proof.
