I have booked two flight tickets from kochi to Dubai the first one amount of Rs **** got deducted on *th november **** by happyeasygo they have given me time fame * to ** business days but not refunded yet attached my Bank statement have a look the second one again tried to Book in the same route and amount of rupees **** got deducted whereas their customer care told money will be refunded within * to ** business days but not yet done mentioning their customer care statement

Basically Happy easy Go is a fraud website you can check reviews in Google will not entertain anyone to go in the relevant website lost lots of money no answer from their customer care given dozen of e mails please help me out.
