I booked my ticket for **** with happyeasygo and got it cancelled with airlines as i got corona positive and they said I can book the ticket next time using this amount. Next time I called airlines that I need to book a flight they said I have a voucher of on rs ****. When I checked with Happyeasygo they said there is happyeasygo charges + convenience fee which is non refundable and these amounts were never disclosed or shared on the ticket. When I asked them to transfer the call to supervisor they said they can not as the ticket is non refundable also when I said I will complaint they said you can.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
