I have purchased Independent Dth set-top box in Feb ****. As per company shows all channels on their platform. But on March ** they removed channels one by one. Customer care doesn't respond if any call or mail. After some time star network channels and then zee channels present hanging problems on *th May ****.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
