Bangalore city college - Hall ticket not given

I took admission in bangalore city college in **** in post BSc nursing *st year and I had paid full fees and exams fees too...Yesterday I had gone to take my hall ticket to write my exam then the principal and the director of the college told that they are not able to get my hall ticket...after all this I gone to Rajiv gandhi university of health and science in jaya nagar there one more shock was waiting for me they told me they can't help me because that college is not registered from last three years...the director of the college had told me that I will refund your money and documents and I gone and took that...but they cheated me had done fraud by wasting my one year...
