On **th November I have placed an order of rupees *** and on **th November I have returned the order. While returning the order by mistake in place of * quantity I have selected * quantity only. But next day I returned the * quantity parcel to delivery boy. But on **th November I received only rupees *** into my bank account and remaining *** rupees not received. When I talked with customer care they said you should be call within **hr and said we can not help anymore.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
