Kapil's salon - Hair treatment not done properly

I was there at kapil's Goregaon branch salon on last Sunday **th Aug ****. I got global hair color, highlights and keratin done by one of your creative heads ,Mr.Raj. I paid RS.***** for the above mentioned treatments. Spent almost * hours there...
I am really disappointed with the result of it.. I don't see a single strand of highlights..I wanted brown global color which is no where there ..They are looking absolute jet black.my hair looks dry and coarse after doing keratin treatment.. It is really frustrating that after paying huge amount to well known salon ,I am left with the look which I always hated it..
I had high hopes from the salon.I trusted the stylist completely..I showed him the pic what I wanted and he convinced me that I will get what I was looking for..no doubt I saw his effort and hard work but it is of no use when the result is not delivered..
I did mentioned it to Raj that I am not happy with the look and I can not see any highlights while paying the bill..but he said that you will be able to see the highlights after * washes ( I think he is the only stylist in this entire world to say something like this) .I still believed him n left the salon..after coming to home ,my family could not make any difference.I have been asking everyone and they don't see any brown color or any highlights.. I never liked jet black look on me.I chose Kapil for it is quality and experience but it failed to do so in my case.

I know it is a very long email but I can still go on and on..I hope you understand my frustration..
I have been trying to chase them for a year and I am getting any firm reply from them...

Well I really want Kapil's salon to refund my money. They have really ruined my expectations and the look.
