KOLORS HEALTH CLINIC VIZAG - HAIR TRANSPLANTATION NOT DONE FROM THEIR SIDE

Respected Sir/Madam,
My Name is P. Durga Prasad from Vizag. I am writing this to make one request and take immediate action against the Clinic in vizag is that in the month of November I approached the Kolors Clinic, Vizag Branch for Hair Transplantation and consulted the SUMA garu(contact no. **********) and she said the cost of hair transplantation is Rs. ***** .
I asked her some time to think, but she manipulated me by saying… today there is offer and compelled me to pay the amount of Rs. **** by card and remaining by taking loan and I said to her I would take treatment in Bangalore.
In the application of loan process, actually I paid Rs. ****, so only Rs. ***** amount should be provided for loan, but she said I was applying loan for the amount Rs. *****, that time I got angry and got the feeling what she is….. she already knew that I paid Rs. ****… only Rs.***** need to get sanctioned for loan (there is call recording for this conversation)
After loan process completed and * EMIs deducted from my account and on February I planned to Bangalore for treatment and approached SUMA garu and she said only that time that need to take some blood tests which I don’t know that I should do this tests outside and she gave big lists of tests, actually when I first approached her she said small blood tests will be there and I think it was done inside your clinic. She didn’t give complete information that time.
After getting tests done outside… some abnormalities found in my blood, and I submitted reports to SUMA and she said there is some infection and bring NOC from doctor and I said ok for that.
But in the last moment of my journey to Bangalore, she said, we won’t do surgery because of this infection, I asked her strongly that… see MAM first these tests should be done which is absolutely mandatory and if everything is ok, then you should give the treatment and should take the amount from the customer… but she didn’t do like this… She first took the amount only.
I was very much disappointed that time….. so then I asked the amount which I paid and she said u will get fully refunded and put a mail to head office and she said, I got reply from head office and said they will clear all the amount which I paid (there is call recording for that).
She prolonged this one month by saying the same think and she forwarded the call to the manager PALLAVI garu she also said u will get refunded in two installments of Rs. **,*** and Rs. **,*** (there is call recording for that).
Then, another person came, I don’t know what he is.. his name is VENKATESH (contact no. **********) …. He said we only give Rs. **** out of which I paid Rs. ***** by misleading calculations and planned to steal the amount which I paid and talked in some sort of rashness that’ if you want to take that amount, take, we won’t give any amount’..
Why should I bear that much of loss as I didn’t drop myself and you dropped yourself even I said I will get NOC from doctor and your’s procedure is COMPLETELY WRONG AND INTERESTED ONLY IN AMOUNT ONLY.
So, Please do take immediate action against the clinic I have all call recordings and proofs.
Please do the needful.
