Hi - I took a premium service pre-paid card which is worth of **k and that was valid till there June **** . Due to lock down , I have been out of Karnataka and I was returning now . Entry to Karanataka banned till August **** . That premium card has a balance of **** and now Hair Speak is informing that your card has been expired . So amount in the card will be automatically gone and only option to get new card where they transfer the amount of *k + **** for new card where total of **.*K will be valid for next * months which I don't want.
