Naturals beauty salon Hari Om Nagar Gorakhpur Uttar Pradesh - Hair smoothening done in an extremely unprofessional and horrible way

Hi, this complaint is from Gorakhpur Uttar Pradesh.
I went to Naturals Hari Om Nagar branch for hair smoothening and the hair stylist Mr Jawed simply burnt my hair's by skipping the process of smoothening...and later on he said the product was out of stock so I didn't applied it
As per current scenario now this branch of Naturals is switching to Lakme
So i really don't have much hope that the main brain's behind Naturals will take any action

But still wanted to bring this unfortunate incident to light, at the same time I'm very much surprised to see that how come Naturals can appoint such unprofessional and witless employee...it shows that this brand has no control over it's salon chains
