Vlcc bistupur contractor area - Hair smoothening and keratin

Hi team,

This is one of the cx from jamshedpur and i want to raise a complaint against vlcc salon in bistupur contractor area.

I recently visited there for party make-up and hair smoothening. They have charged me **k for all the services. I took one party make-up and not sure what they have used on my face, i got rashes still i didn't asked for refund but when they damaged my hair i really got upset .

They did smoothening and the guy who was doing this "Krishna" told me that for *-* days my hair will be rough due to protoplax treatment but it's been * weeks now and my hair is still rough. He literally burnt my hair using the hair straightener and when i asked him how we can make this correct he is asking me to come to jamshedpur whereas m in Chennai.

I need a refund for **k for the damage they did. They have charged me for something and instead of good result they just damaged it.. i cnt go out without using shampoo..
I have attached pictures for your reference. See how the texture is. My hair was already straight before.
