I sheeba visited Toni and guy Essensuals salon Bangalore jayanagar *rd Block on **/*/** then after checking my hair textire everything they gave appointment for */*/** for smoothening then after smoothening they damaged my entire hair by using fake and expired products .when i complained about this asked to refund the amount and rectify the damage then after seeing my hair they refunded the amount back but not accepting to rectify the damage now they say we have refunded the amount you rectify the damage in some other salon damage is done by them they cannot get back my original hair they should rectify the damge .after i complained regarding fake products now they have replaced with all the genuine products .please help me to rectify the damage done by them
