Vodafone India Services Private Limited - Hacking and cheating my account

In February I received a call from Vodafone where Mr. Arun Balaji from Vodafone was calling me from the plan change department and informed me about the *** entertainment plan, I came to know about it and got to know the details. After that I told Arun Balaji that as of now I don't want any kind of change of plan, you can do it for me. A few days later when I checked my phone bill it looked like there was more money and when I checked it I found that it had been changed to entertainment plan ***. I was shocked to see that. Arunbalaji, who works at Vodafone without my knowledge, without asking any permission from me, entered my account and changed the plan without my permission. I called Vodafone on **th March **** seeing that I had not made any change. Then Mr. Udayakumar spoke to me and he said that your plan *** has been changed, I denied it and I told him that I did not make any notification but my plan was changed without my permission. And when he checked in his system I came to know that Arun Balaji was transferred without my permission, for that they apologized to me from vodafone, which I did not accept. This was a huge mistake and to this day I am amazed how they could go into my account and change it without my permission. This is a big scam and I am very distressed and very confused. I request this Vodafone company to give me a suitable reward for this.
