Instagram account - Hacked Instagram account

My instagram account got hacked anonymously on August !st ****. I tried reporting to instagram along with dozens to email were sent through different instagram helpline areas. I asked instagram to take dowm my account and erase all the data it holds as the hacker is using my identity which against human privacy. I even reported that the hacker has taken down my facebook account but there was no signs of actions from their end. All the means and websites suggested that only through getting back to the account i will be able to permanently delete the account and for doing so I uploaded my valid means of identity as a proof that I am a valid owner of the account asking for the login permissions but the instagram / meta in return emailed saying that the proof says its not me. I attached my aadhar card for the so. I would like to file a complaint against instagram speaking how ill- functional they are that they verify a hacker as owner and deny access to a valid owner whose complete identity is being used illegally, my name, my face, everthing.
