Medical Necessity: Following enrollment, received a strict pre-operative medical directive for a scheduled Jaw Surgery. The doctor advised an immediate cessation of all physical strain and gym activity.
Refund Request: Proactively provided the medical certificate to the gym management to request a pro-rata refund for the unused tenure.
Refusal & Misconduct: Management flatly refused the refund, citing a "No Refund" policy. The manager dismissed the medical evidence as "long messages" and "dared" the consumer to seek legal recourse instead of resolving the matter.
