Ruckgrat Fitness - Gym closed and charged fee not refunded

I had a good gym schedule going on at Ruckgrat Fitness in Sector **, Huda Market, Gurgaon. I initially paid fees for * months, as everything was going good, I bought a *-month membership. At the end of June, they said that the Gym would be closed for a week for equipment upgrade and after that, there was a notice saying that the gym had closed down and contact info@ruckgratgroup.com for refund. When I contacted them, they told me that they don't owe me any money, but I have transaction records to prove that they owe me money.
They even stopped replying. I even mailed the owner and he even saw the email but failed to reply. Not only did they disrupt my gym schedule, but they are also being very unprofessional and pathetic.
