SafeExpress - Guitar broken during transport

A guitar was sent through Safe Express from Mumbai to Chennai. Safe-express contact persons (Ramesh Ji and Sunil ) took *** rupees to pack it but did not pack it properly. Eventually, it broke during transport. Their negligence is very much and eventually a nice guitar has broken completely. Waybill number: ************
