I am a GTPL customer , Akshita Jain and I have paid for GTPL broadband connection on **rd Oct’** and connection was done on **th Oct’**.
Initially when connection was joined, I faced many problems as the connection was not proper.
Thereafter I complained and somehow, it was started from your end.
Current Service request number - *******
But to my surprise, My GTPL connection was discontinued from **st Oct’** and We found that Our GTPL Wires were disconnected from the junction box.
I am continuously following up, have registered complaint also in customer care but there is no response from GTPL.
Also once the complaint was marked as resolved without any action.then we registered complaint agian.
I am extremely dis-satisfied with the GTPL Services. I feel cheated as my money has been trapped but no services are provided to me.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
