My name is Bharati Jay Thakkar. I have taken GTPL broadband in April **** for whole year and paid amount Rs.****.
After taking connection there is so many days (approx. *** days) there is no internet connection available. I raise my complaint again a again to customer service and also raised complaint in National consumer helpline.
After so many efforts now there is a stable connectivity and working internet service properly.
So I request you to extend my internet connection period with the days of no internet available.
