I have renewed my broadband plan from ** mbps to ** mbps with the condition that they will install fiber optic by replacing existing traditional setup. Sales person refuse to help and said it will take ** more days, so in total it will * month for this. This guy asked to use only * device as its allowed to use only * as per his policy. than why they give false commitment at the time of renewal? As they are already charging with new plan per day.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
