Claim id - ******, i fullfilled all queries raised by ADR Department but my GST invoice not considered due to unavailability of GST number. Medical store have not GST number because of their annual turnover below ** lakhs as per Govt rules under GST. Ericson tpa avoid my GST invoice and not contact to medical stores by mentioned mobile number in GST invoice.
