I was admitted for cardiac problems from **th to **th Dec ****. In the final bill, they charged GST for medicines and surgical items etc. consumed for treatment. No GST is payable for inpatient treatment by the hospital as per notification no. **/**** CT(Rate) dt. **/*/**** issued by CBIC.
The hospital is illegally collecting the GST from all inpatients, thus misusing GST laws. Seek redressal.
