TirupatiSNC - Gst amount taken by TirupatiSNC but profit amount not given yet

TirupatiSNC is the name of company. They said to open demat with us and whatever profits you earn will be given back to you once you pay the GST amount.
I paid *****Rs as a GST for my profit earn through share market i.e ******RS. But till now they had not provided me the amount for this, and Also GST amount also paid by me. So overall almost I lost *lac Rs. Kindly help me out team.
I hope you will give me the best solution for this.
