Respected Authority,
We had booked * nos. ticket for Ranip(Abd) to Mehsana as detail mentioned above, and as per Bus timing we reach at designated platform number at Ranip depot ** min before time.
Bus we have not seen any Bus at designated platform number,further I have received call at *:** AM I just missed this call and instant I call back to same number at **:**,but no response on call,even I tried * times but no one answered and I called *th time then conductor was calling like Bus passed away *km from ranip station,
I surprised because we were waiting on designated platform,then how Bus passed from there.
I have also called ranip depot but no one was receiving call on *********
I have attached call logs also.
We request you to refund money earliest..
We have also waste time for that..
