I have booked a plot in Gsquare for Azure project at Perungalathur * years back but the project is not approved later by RERA. They have cancelled the project but they are refunding the booking amount of * lakh rupees even several follow ups. They are not attending the calls also. Please assist how to get the refund? Any legal way?

Gsquare realtors pvt ltd – Gsquare housing is not ready to refund the Plot booking amountClosed
I have booked a plot with Gsquare and later cancelled it. Gsquare is saying **% amount can be refunded another **% will be coupon. I am not aware of their cancellation Terms and conditions until i am cancelling.
