Kartik Harakantra filed complaint against Flipkart Internet Private Limited on Jul 7, 2026
I placed an order on Flipkart (Order ID: OD******************) to be delivered to my address in Karnataka. However, due to gross negligence by Flipkart Logistics, the package was misrouted *,*** km away to Vaishali, Bihar (MahnarHub_VAS) and was marked out for delivery there.
When I confronted customer support on chat, the agents kept giving false delivery dates and explicitly blocked me from connecting with a supervisor. Ultimately, Flipkart cancelled the order from their end to hide their blunder.
I escalated this matter to the National Consumer Helpline (NCH Grievance No: *******). After reviewing Flipkart's complete failure, the NCH authority officially closed the grievance by advising me to file a case in the Consumer Commission.
Simply cancelling the order does not undo the ** days of extreme mental agony and time wasted due to Flipkart's automated support system. I strictly demand a ₹*,*** Flipkart Gift Voucher as token compensation for this severe deficiency in service.
