Birthright By Rainbow Hospital - Gross medical negligence with no regard to human life

I want to report the medical negligence at the BirthRight By Rainbow Hospital, Marathahalli branch. This is a hospital chain which claims to be the best in the south India in Fertility. When my wife conceived in Nov **** i regularly visited the doctor Bala R in the hospital till the time of delivery. Since Feb **** my wife had very high pulse rates which at times are more than double the ideal limit. This went on for months and hospital/doctor did not give me any information and this could have led to the death of my wife and my child. The only thing they are interested in making money even if it comes at the cost of mother and child. The BP-weight and pulse rate chart is attached here for anyone to see.
