IFB ac 1 5 Ton Split - Gross Dissatisfaction Extra Charge to resolve AC error in AC

I bought an AC from IFB *.* Ton Split during april ****. the AC started giving an error on internal unit as P*, i logged a complain reference number ********** dated **rd Sep ****. this call was not attended until **th and hence i reminded call center again at around **** hour but no action was taken and escalated again at around **** hour post which the call was attended during evening. Engineer / Dealer / Franchisee asked to pay around *K to resolve the call which was negotiated at *** rs. The AC is under warranty but still charges were taken where *** is the visiting charge imposed by IFB for out of warranty devices. the issue resolution is part of warranty then why was this charge imposed on me as a customer. i do not know how many such complaints and clients are paying like this which may amount to around *-* CR a year. there was no such mention by their customer service while the service request was being filed and reference no was issued. the delay in attending the service call within warranty and charging to resolve the issue.
