As per the invoice attached in the chat the order of **th June around value **** all products are not delivered and still invoice it generated that it is delivered. Please delivered order
I had a chat with delivery boy he said that on **th delivery truck was overturned & no delivery was made that day in society.
I have not received delivery message that my order is delivered.
Please do delivery of my order.
Please check with your record proof of delivery that day as your delivery guys take photo of delivered products..
I tried various times from last ** days with in app customer care, no satisfactory response is received.
Please do needful to do the delivery of items or if delivery cannot be done then refund my Rs **** .
Do you want one delivery customer or customer for lifetime?
I expect fair service without need of knocking the doors or consumer court of unfair practices.
Please check delivery boy photo which he uploads of that day Of all delivery items of **th June delivery & Confirm what happened.
Every time I get reply only as same day complaint not raised. Why don't you confirm my above query & share photo that my Items are delivered.
Will you grow your business by cheating people for single order only & Not considering customer for lifetime?
