my digital tv id :**********-***
The sceenshot of bank statement and messeges are attached where you can find that recharge of Rs.***/- has been deducted for othpg_******_airtel_money through airtel app for the purpose of recharge of digital tv account, but the recharge is not successful on ** apr. But amount is debited from my bank A/c.
another recharge of Rs. ***/- have been made successfully through paytm. On the same day To continue the Tv. Service.
So, the amount which is deducted through( pos airtel money ) is not credited back yet to my bank account, though the recharge was unsuccessful
i have made calls many times to airtel digital tv customer care raised complaints * times against the issue, after one day when i ask about the complaint they simply denied the matter and asked to talked to bank, but there is no roll of bank.
even i have mailed the evidences regarding recharges which i have paid to airtel to there official mail address (digitaltv@airtel.com) but there is no reply from there side ,
even if i want to make a call to customer care services but there is no option to connect the call to executives only ivrs is there for technical support.
So , right now i am not able to call them.
amount (Rs***/- )is not a big issue, but there services, and addressing to the customer is very poor, not properly responding complaints.
That is why, I am raising the voice against Airtel.
i am requesting you to act such a way to set an example.
