https passportindia ind in - Grievance addressing a Private Passport consultant company

I filed for a renewal of my passport on website below:

After filling the form, they charged me ****/-. The payment didn't go through, which is why I called them up. But the first customer care manager was clear about what he was saying, however when I called up again, the other manager called Ayush was extremely rude to me and hung up on me. This is not how a company dealing with extremely confidential details if the citizens should be behaving.
I am worried all my details from my Aadhaar, Pan card to my addresses, etc all personal details are with this company.
