Regarding deposit refund:
Grexter is a fraud company. I left their premises on in Dec **** and they still haven’t returned my security deposit. They keep delaying it every time and there is no way to contact them other than their whatsapp support. The money that they owe me now is Rs ***** and they were supposed to first pay me back by jan **** then they delayed to December **** thenMarch ****. They are not telling the exact date. Please help me out to get my money back.
Regarding Theft:
I have vacated the room on **/**/****.
Also, I had given the keys to the caretaker, Rakesh.
I would like to bring to your notice that the almirah lock and balcony door lock was broken(during **** complete lock down period) and was clearly indicating the sign of a forceful entry by breaking the lock. This is a matter of clear theft and also, few of our stuffs are also missing.
I am unable to understand that why Grexter take the security money and the rent in lockdown even when we weren't staying. We were just paying rent for our things so that they remain safe under your surveillance, but seems out opposite.
I have taken pictures of the broken lock and recorded statement of the care taker on the same. You will find the same in attachment. Please take necessary actions against such things in order to have faith in people. I have raised a complaint on the portal too but the ticket is still open.
Please process my entire security money, i.e. Rs. **,*** at the earliest without deducting anything as you have failed me.
Please help me to get my deposit back.
