Pasfar Pvt Limited - Grabbed Fraudulently Pl Refund of Rs 600 to my bank account

Dear sir
I am Dr RC Dahiya, retired professor but not electronically savvy.
Yesterday I happened to recharge my Dish tv online. I wanted to know how I was to do it from Ytube. When I clicked on a website (?), I found it very easy to recharge online. Some power shut my mind and brain and I filled in the details of my Debit card, almost hypnotically seeing my name displayed in it. I clicked on and the money gone in a split second. Rs *** gone with details like Reference no *********/ Dish order no ************ etc. The money got deducted from the bank but didn’t go to the Dish tv. The message has the mention of pasfar technologies, meaning it received it. But I wonder how this name did come into it!
It means pasfar technologies received it. Don’t know how?
Now I request you to credit Rs *** in my bank account.
This is a very small money and may carry no weight for your giant-sized co but it means much for me.
I request you to look into it and do justice.
I am waiting for your reply based on fair justice.
