Googal Pay - Gpay payment failure

I was paid Rs **** at Nanak store on *st Oct-**, but unfortunately transaction was failed. And paid in Cash. Now following with Google Pay for this amount. First they ask bank statement then told me talk with your bank. And denied to take responsibility.
