RTO office Shrirampur - Govt office timing

Shrirampur rto has change the place since few years and do not update it on Google map and any other site. Their phone number is always out of reach. RTO official time is to *.** but there govt officers come at ** pm and * to * is lunch breck and * to * again work with * tea breck of ** min each and then they say office time is up at * pm. Their office time is * hrs but they work for * hrs only. What can we do?? Take serious action for all of them.
