Alizeh collective - Got wrong product

I was trying to order this dress from Instagram and when I tried gpay my money it showed me that it is a risky transaction and told me cod not available, so they told me to try next morning but when I didn’t pay next day, a woman called me for my purchase and told me cod is available so I said okay. Now the parcel came and it was whole different dress and name of company on parcel was different, profile on Instagram is named meera_collective** . How can they fraud us with our hard earned money I should’ve known better and be aware of signs of their payment account being risky and how insistent they were. Now I want my refund I don’t even trust them a bit for exchange . They are a fraud.
