I ordered jwellery set of princess elegant jwellery from meesho on ** sept **** at **:** pm
I got call that he is at on my door on ** sept **** at *:**pm, i picked his call nad said I'm not at location please com after * hour he said ok
Then he came at *pm on the same day
I saw that they cancelled my order but still delivery boy Said u made payment after ur payment it will show that item is delivered.
So I made payment via phone pay which is ***
When I open my order it was totally changed I order jewelry I got pebbles when I open meesho app for cancellation it was still show that ur order is cancelled not delivered.
Meanwhile I'm not able to cancelled the order and when I called the help centre they play blaming game
Delivery boy Said it was company mistake and company said it is delivery boy's mistake but
