I got a link in Facebook for arow smartwatch from lookashop and I ordered the same. After *-* days I got a call regarding courier. I collect my courier and gave cash payment around **** and after some time when I open my courier box I found that in that box there is * duplicate fast track watch was there instead of arow smartwatch which values around ***. When I talk with there customer care number they ask me to give my bank atm details. I shared my ATM last * digit number and expiration date but then they ask me to send me otp link then I denied and then they start talking like we will not refund and we are a fraud company.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
