I ordered a costomized water purifier from Aqua Ultra by seeing a model from their website and confirmed on phone to costomize it, company accepted it and send me a different spec. When I called them to replace / rectify, initially they accepted but refused later. I have all the evidance as phone call record.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
