Byjus app TAB - Got scammed by Byjus as a civli services aspirant

I'm a village girl who wants to be a civil servant to this country. As I don't have any guidance, I searched for coaching institutions when I accidentally gave my number in byjus website. They called me immediately and talked with my parents. I paid **** quickly. That much persuading happened. From there (jan, ****) till feb, **** I paid ***** totally . I paid **** each month. As I was working as a teacher in private school, my salary was ****/ a month. I woke up at * am and start studying. I got tabletand bunch of books . I thought the videos in that tablet was only for the students who paid. But later I came to know those videos were available to everyone in their website. I never got a call from them until my subsceiption was going to end. Again, the persuasion happened with the refund option. They gave me solution for all my complaints.That solution is 'pay me another ****, you will not be unsatisfied this time' . She said your premium subscription will be extended for another one month. And, if you are not satisfied, you will get the refund . I said no then the caller told me to pay **** rupees . she said money is also refundable. I still dont know why I paid that **** rupees even after losing ***** rupees. I did cut my premium subscription on my own before my subscription actually ends due to disappointment. I remembered about my **** rupees subscription and asked that particular caller who saved my number and assured that she will be there foe the guidance this time. I asked my refund. She blocked. This is what Byjus did to me. All I asked is guidance and all I got is trauma. Though I can't afford ***** rupees , I afford it on my own for my dream. Now, I can't afford for another guidance. So , I'm just rotting here in my village. Now , I quit my job and preparing for state services. Girls like me should not even think about this kind of goals. Till now, I didn't tell about this to my parents. I'm typing this here because I may stop another one more student who may fell into a trap like me. Thank you
