Futureexpert - Got Money stating will arrange interview from Capgemini and later promised to refund my money still

I received a call from Future expert on July **rd **** stating that they will help me getting interview arranged from Capgemini . For the background verification it will take ** working days and i have to pay around ***** including GST and i have to wait for the duration for the verification to be completed also they promised that if they are unable to help me with the job they will refund my entire amount . Till december no interview arranged no cerfication completed and finally they accepted will refund the money in the month of december and still now i am keep on chasing them with mail and phone still i have not received my refund. They have provided me a request number RRQ*******. When i ever they will not pick the call in mail i will get only response as will get your refund soon.
